Acquisitions & Partnerships

With the launching pad that Lanier Worldwide provided, Voice Products slowly grew a customer base by hard work, grit, and a little luck along the way. Mr. Tullis and Mr. Peters were approached by the family of Wilbur E. Walker to take over the dictation portion of their company. Voice Products was able to leverage this opportunity into greater growth for the enterprise. Further growth took place with partnerships with Racal Recorders (which was known as Thales Contact Solutions and are currently known as NICE Systems Ltd.) beginning in 1994, Dolbey Systems, Inc. in 2002, and Dolbey & Company in 2005. Additional acquisitions were completed with Executive Communications Corporation in October 2009; Sound Recording in November 2010; Vectra Solutions in October 2015, Grabar Voice and Data Inc. in September 2017. Most recently, Voice Products acquired Tri-State Electronic Services, Inc. in March 2019. Because of these acquisitions, Voice Products has been able to grow in sales and service areas to the North Central and Western United States.

Our partnerships to provide exceptional sales and service to customers extend well beyond our agreements with NICE Systems and Dolbey.

Voice Products has partnerships or reseller agreements with the following: AT&T, Avaya, Cisco, Dragon, Edesix, Encore, Intrado, iRecord, Nuance, Philips, Encore, Motorola, Olympus, Open Options, Salient, and VIQ. Voice Products Inc. sells to some of the largest hospitals, clinics, law firms, doctor offices, and Federal, State and County government offices and agencies. We provide free consultation and assess the customer’s needs and workflow to provide the best solution to their recording or dictation needs.

Our mission at Voice Products is to always exceed customer expectations with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction.
