KLAS Research compiles feedback from thousands of providers throughout the year to put together its Best in KLAS report. The rankings are the direct result of that customer feedback.

According to KLAS Research, "a Best in KLAS award signifies to the healthcare IT industry the commitment and partnership that the top vendors should provide."

This is the third year Fusion Expert has won the number one spot in this speech recognition category. Among some notable performances, 100% of respondents said Dolbey avoids charging for every little thing, while 100% of respondents also said that Dolbey's Fusion Expert keeps all its promises.

Another Voice Products solution made by Dolbey also came out on top of the Best in KLAS report. Fusion CAC was named the number one Computer-Assisted Coding software for the 5th year in a row.
