The two companies met in 2018 while selling a previous telemedicine platform. They became partners in the summer of 2020 when COVID-19 created a more urgent need to develop a new product. The partnership brings Let’s Talk Interactive’s secure, HIPAA-compliant online software and hardware and Voice Products’ customized speech recognition technology to its long-time dictation and transcription, data, and video customers.

Voice Products and LTI utilized this unique network of physicians to design a complex telemedicine workflow for the Fort Madison Community School District in Iowa by providing psychologists and other behavioral health professionals.
Another school district was the first collaboration between Voice Products and LTI. The two companies teamed up to provide primary and mental health care to Montgomery County, Maryland schools via two telehealth carts loaded with medical devices and the telemedicine software. The school district hopes to expand these services to 62 other schools.
